During our recent stay at a hotel in Borg El Arab, we were pleasantly surprised by the helpful and efficient staff at Royal Nj. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, allowing us to quickly settle into our spacious room. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, with large windows that provided ample natural light. We were delighted to find not only two chairs, but also three sofas and a generous table, making it a perfect space to relax. Additionally, the hotel is located in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for better bathroom fixtures and improved cleaning, overall we had a positive experience at Royal Nj. The breakfast served in the room was sufficient, even available until noon. Despite some issues with the hotel's maintenance and payment facilities, we managed to pay in cash without any major inconvenience.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel and had a great time. Location was central with easy access to restaurants and cafes. the hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. the breakfast spread was impressive with a wide range of options. the room was spacious and came with a great view of the city skyline.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not up to the mark. the carpets in the hallway had stains, and the bathroom could have been better maintained.

Plus, the breakfast was served until 12 pm, which was a nice touch.
